Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty and other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

We deliver memorabilia to sports fans and companies worldwide and we are experts in packaging your item to arrive with you in perfect condition. Please refer to the standard delivery details for your location below.

Please note that these delivery details are guidelines only and timescales may vary depending on item availability and custom framing requests.

SHIPPING NOTES

* A few of our items might take slightly longer to despatch before they are shipped to you. Please see the note on every product page which tells you the number of days before despatch. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer. We dispatch orders between the opening times of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (UK time). If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, our despatch timescales will be from the next UK working day. 

** An additional shipping surcharge may apply to over-sized items. If applicable, this surcharge will be displayed on the product page.

We will acknowledge all emails within 2 working days. Our opening times are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (UK time)

Customs and Duty

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty and other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs. If a customer refuses to pay the applicable import duties or taxes, they will be held responsible for any charges we incur in having the item returned to us. Unless stated otherwise, the cost to have your item returned to us will be the same as your original shipping cost. 

We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.

Different Stock Availability: if you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Despatching of Orders: although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

a) products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the Site; or

b) sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.

Personalised items - items requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra 3-5 days before they are ready to be despatched.

You agree not to take any action that would violate applicable laws.

Large or Auction Items: Showcars, Racecars, Chassis & Oversized Collectibles

For large-format items such as showcars, racecars, chassis, tables, large bodywork, or other oversized memorabilia—particularly those sold via auction—please note:

• Location & Shipping Details: The item’s storage location will be clearly stated on its product or auction listing.

• Custom Shipping Quote: These items are not eligible for standard shipping rates. Our logistics partner will provide a custom shipping quote based on your delivery location, invoiced separately after the sale.

• Buyer Responsibility: Failure to prepare or accept shipping arrangements does not excuse payment default or cancellation after purchase.

• Courier Collections: Buyers may arrange their own couriers, subject to an administration fee of £150, which covers coordination, documentation, and handover services.

Additional Shipping Notes

• Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time). Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next working day.

• Some items may have longer dispatch lead times, which are clearly indicated on product pages.

• Oversized or special items may incur additional surcharges, which will be shown on the relevant listing.

• When an order includes multiple items with different lead times, dispatch will occur once all items are ready.

US Sales Tax

Applicable U.S. sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Customs & Duties

• Unless otherwise stated, all items are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

• International buyers are responsible for all local duties, taxes, and import fees.

• Our shipping carriers will contact you if any additional charges are due on arrival.
