Warranty

The Pure Electric Scooter comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. To validate the warranty, customers must register their scooter with Pure Electric soon after buying. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

If you experience any faults or issues within the warranty period, please contact the Pure Electric support team for assistance and troubleshooting.
