Top notch quality as one would expect from Amalgam. Unfortunately, on top of the 5-week dispatch time, I had to wait another 3 weeks on top of that. And the first customer service agent I interacted with (Ellie) needs to work on her customer service. Thankfully, Rebecca was able to sort things out and my order was finally shipped and delivered. Happy with the product but not so much with Ellie’s lackluster after sales support. Do better, Ellie!
